September-October -4 grade: 20 days; Tea house trek (Camp on glacier):

A trek from Namche bazaar, Sherpa heartland, to the Gokyo Lakes . A sparse landscapes leading up the landscape Glacier to Cho Oyo Base camp. Views of Everest are enjoyed to the full. On the return we cross the Renjo Pass at 5325m and make our way back to Namche bazaar via Thame.At every point of this trek full mountain views dominate the skyline.

Day 1: Kathmandu – Lukla by air
Day 2: Lukla – Phakding
Day 3: Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3446m)
Day 4: Namche Bazaar – day trip/acclimatization
Day 5: Namche Bazaar – Khumjung (3790m)
Day 6: Khumjung – Lhorbarma (4328m)
Day 7: Lhorbarma –Pangor (4420m)
Day 8: Pangor – Gokyo (4791m)
Day 9: Gokyo – day trip
Day 10: Gokyo – Glacier (Langsampa)
Day 11: Langsampa Glacier – Cho Oyo base Camp (4000m)
Day 12: Cho Oyo base Camp – Glacier
Day 13: Glacier – Gokyo
Day 14: Gokyo - Rest
Day 15: Gokyo – Lundeng ( Renjo Pass (5325m)
Day 16: Lundeng – Thame
Day 17: Thame – Namche Bazaar
Day 18: Namche Bazaar – Phakding
Day 19: Phakding – Lukla
Day 20: Lukla – Kathmandu , by air.
