Agritourism in Nepal was created to allow a person viewing the cultivation, harvesting and processing of locally grown foods such as rice, maize until coffee 'Himalayan and provide a rural house in the living room with the opportunity to learn about the functioning the farm.

Our intent is also to make available to fans of a rural tourism tourist proposal still little explored in Nepal, a country lying at the foot of the spectacular Himalayas, rich in natural beauty, culture, history and extraordinary landscapes between more 'beautiful in the world. 
We aim to promote contact with nature, devoid of artifice since their environment through rural tourism.
So a healthy life, a 'supply of natural products, the practice of outdoor sports, care for their health through knowledge of "natural medicine" and "complementary medicine", which, above all, they turn to the conservation of health and that expanding the vision of the pathology of therapeutic single organ recovery, the welfare of the whole body and the psychic sphere connected, even with the development of Tibetan medicine, ayurveda, homeopathy, yoga, etc.. all appreciate the contact with the natural elements

Priority is to need of protection and respect of both the natural and man-made.

The Farmhouse Sun Koshi with two rooms attractively furnished in local style for a total of 4 beds and all the essential services for a pleasant stay for our guests, is situated in the rural village of Timal. Other beds are located in separate buildings.

The cuisine offers simple dishes and natural, the morning breakfast with local produce, jams, honey, yogurt, milk, coffee (produced in the Himalayas!), The', herbal infusions, Rothi (local bread), dinner rice, pasta, fish, chicken, sheep, buffalo and yak, legumes, potatoes, seasonal vegetables, cheeses.

The area in question offers many opportunities' practice activities' outdoor sports such as mini-trekking from one or more days, mountain biking, rafting, cultural routes, Buddhist monasteries, Ayurveda, Tibetan medicine and natural in an unspoiled, utterly alien to the usual tourist proposals in Nepal. The background will be the extraordinary spectacle of the whole Himalayan particularly impressive in the early hours of the morning.

                                      PROGRAM PROPOSED

 .... So we start from Kathmandu, and after two hours away in private mini-van, traveling aboard a rubber boat on the course of the great river (about 4 hours) we land on an island in a pristine environment.

In the tented camp that will set up for the first day you may enjoy all that it offers the rural Nepal. Fishing on the great river, totally organic food coming from the pursuit 'neighboring agricultural villages, sun, beach, bathing and swimming on the great river whose waters here are calm and pleasantly inviting.

The next day with an easy hike is reached  to the Sun Koshi farm basis for the activities that you will be choice for subsequent 4 / 5 days.
If you want an alternative route to that proposal, which was in the first day, the farm house you can be achieved more easily even on an off-road.

 The proposed program requires a minimum stay of 10 days in Nepal.
