September-November: Grade 4+ 19 days

As awe-inspiring as its big brother “ Upper Dolpo ”. Yet less demanding on the trekker and logistically more manageable. Here the valleys contain luxuriant vegetation, mainly blue pine, spruce, cypress, poplar, deodar fir & birch as well as the quercus species.
 
Outline Itinerary :
Day 1:

athmandu – Nepalgunj by flight

Day 2:

Nepalgunj – Juphal by flight (2500m)

Day 3:

Juphal – Sahartara

Day 4:

Sahartara – Khani Gaon

Day 5:

Khani Gaon – Lahini (3200m)

Day 6:

Lahini – Kamat Tarka

Day 7:

Kamat Tarka – Tarap Dho ( 4040m)

Day 8:

Tarap Dho – (Acclimatization)

Day 9:

Tarap Dho – Numala (5100m)

Day 10:

Numala – Numala Bhanjyang

Day 11:

Numala Bhanjyaqng – Baga La (5070m)

Day 12:

Baga La – Ringmo (Phoksundo lake 3600m)

Day 13:

Ringmo – Rest

Day 14:

Ringmo – Sepka

Day 15:

Sepka – Roha Gaon

Day 16:

Roha Gaon – Dunai

Day 17:

Dunai – Jupail (2500m)

Day 18:

Jupail – Nepalgunj by flight

Day 19:

Nepalgunj – Kathmandu by flight

 

Cost includes:

  1. Trekking permit and peak permit
  2. Food: Breakfast, lunch & Diner

Notice: you have to bring: Raincoat, down jacket, sleeping bag

Water bottle, hiking boat, sunglass, sun cream and light warm clothes.
