>> Annapurna Region |
Famed for its superb mountain scenery, the Annapurnas are a favourite with independent trekkers on the classic tea house routes. Our treks in the region go off the beaten track on quiet trails, where you'll still get the views but not the crowds, and the local people are tremendously welcoming. We offer several shorter treks, which conveniently combine to make a splendid longer traverse of this spectacular region. |

Nar-Phu Valley Trek |
Despite being one of the most visited trekking areas of Nepal the Annapurna Region still has many exciting and adventurous new routes to offer, one of which we propose to you today. In 2003 the Nepalese government opened the monsoon free Tibetan border area of Nar and Phu to the outside world. So far only very few visitors have traveled to this remote area in the north of the Manang district. |

The Nepal Explorer |
Not everyone who visits Nepal wants to trek the whole time. Though the mountains are undoubtedly what Nepal is most famous for, there is much more to see and do in this fascinating Himalayan kingdom. On this exciting holiday, we spend time in Kathmandu and the Valley, exploring fabulous temples and historic sites, including Bhaktapur, its narrow streets lined with exquisite woodcarvings. |

Nepal Discovery |
This 3 night add-on, exploring the Kathmandu Valley, is very popular and a great way to relax before or after your trek, immersing yourself in the deeply spiritual cultural side of Nepal. You'll visit the famous Buddhist shrines of Boudnath and Swayambunath, the Hindu temple of Pashupatinath and Kathmandu and Patan's Durbar squares in the historic heart of these ancient twin cities. |

Bara Phokari Lakes & Chitwan National Park |
This holiday is aimed at those who would like a taste of trekking, combined with a visit to the wildlife sanctuary and world-renowned National Park of Chitwan. The short but very scenic trek offers superb views from the ridges that lie southwest of the world's eighth highest peak Manaslu. |

|
Korchen Trek |
Korchen is a rounded ridge summit lying to the south of Machapuchare, one of Nepal's most beautiful and most photographed mountains. |
|
|
Siklis Trek |
Siklis is a beautiful village set in the foothills and valleys that lie south of the Annapurnas. These majestic snow-capped peaks, rising to over 7000 metres, are for many people the essence of the Himalayas and dominate the skyline of our trek along the ridges and valleys of the region. |

|
Korchen & Siklis Combination Trek |
With views of some of the world's most alluring mountains, this fabulous holiday combines the Korchen and Siklis routes to offer a longer trek in a region that is completely unspoiled and visited by few other outsiders. |

The Ultimate Himalayan Panorama Trek |
Pioneered by us in 1999, this adventurous route takes in many kilometres of trail, winding across the ridges and valleys that lie south of the mighty Annapurna and Manaslu ranges. From the Korchen and Siklis routes in the Annapurna area, we link up with the Bara Pokhari ridge walk in the Manaslu region. |

Around Manaslu |
Doug and his family, Dr Martha Scott, Arran aged 9 and Ewan aged 6, together with Terry Mooney a Trustee of Community Action Nepal, visited this area after being alerted to the need for a Health Post at Li Goan by Thrangu rinpoche. Thrangu Rinpoche instigated the building of a monastery in 2001 at Nubri Hinang up above Li Goan. |
