Treks in this Area:

 Heart of Bhutan
This holiday is an inspiring journey through central Bhutan combined with a three-day trek, which provides a fantastic insight into rural life in the Kingdom. Several days before and after the trek are devoted to the cultural heritage of Bhutan, travelling overland to explore the country's fascinating fortresses, monasteries, towns and villages.

 A taste of Bhutan
This 3 night visit to Bhutan is intended as an add-on to a holiday in Nepal, giving an insight into the heritage and way of life of this unspoiled mountain Kingdom. Focusing on the Paro and Thimphu Valleys, you will visit ancient fortresses, Buddhist shrines and monasteries.

 The Chomolhari Trek
This classic trek takes us to the base camp of Chomolhari, meaning 'mountain of goddess', one of Bhutan's most famous mountains. Dazzling alpine scenery, quiet forest trails and visits to some of the Kingdom's key heritage sites are included in the two-week holiday.

 Druk Path Trek
Combining trekking and culture, this holiday captures the essence and mystique of the ancient kingdom of Bhutan, which lies secluded in the eastern Himalaya, enveloped in a web of unique and intriguing customs and deeply held beliefs. The Druk Path is a wondefully scenic short trek, which connects the valleys of Paro and Thimpu, crossing a lake studded chain of mountains.
